- Communicate about appointments and updates
- Process payments and send receipts
- Order and deliver products (e.g., from The Container Store)
- Arrange junk removal or other third-party services
- Keep accurate client records
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
Who We Share It With
- Product providers for ordering and delivery
- Junk removal services for pickup
- Other trusted third-party partners assisting with your project
- Legal authorities, if required
- If our business changes ownership, client records may transfer as part of the transaction
Payment Security
- For Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo, we only use what’s needed to process your payment. We don’t store full account credentials or passwords.
- For credit/debit cards, we use secure, PCI-compliant processors and do not store your full card number.
Your Choices
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at

If you’re an active customer, we must keep your email, phone, and address so we can provide services and communicate with you. Your phone number(s) and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes. We’ll confirm once your request is processed.
Families & Children’s Information
We often work with families and may collect children’s names when relevant to your project. We never use children’s information for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Updates to This Policy
If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we’ll:

- Email you at the address you’ve provided.
